As we get really close to departure we will be sending home a small package on information for your son or daughter about the festival.  Everything you need to know is in there:  Itinerary, permission forms, medical forms some of the common senses rules and regulations that run the tour, etc.  Please make sure you have a look at it all and return the yellow sheets (medical and permission form) ASAP.

BRANDON JAZZ PARENT MEETING MARCH 16TH 6:00PM

The final payment of $136.00 is now due for our fantastic adventure out to the Brandon Jazz Festival.  You will receive a notification some time today from school cash online.  The payment is due no later than March 12th.

The itinerary will follow much of the same as last year with the exception of performance times as follows:

All of the Jazz Bands are on Friday the 20th of March.

10:30 - LTJO - Evans theatre
2:30 - Sr. Jazz - Lorne Watson Recital Hall
4:30 - BIG Band - Kinsmen Theatre.

The expanded itinerary will be sent home with your student shortly.

F.Y.I. - 
We are scheduled to depart the Westwood Parking lot at 1:30PM on the 18th of March and are returning around 9:00PM to the WW Parking lot on the 20th.

Hey Everyone... this is where you will find everything about Brandon Jazz.  We have traditionally done this trip every year with all of our Jazz Bands.

This year's dates are March 18-20, 2020.  There will be lots more information to come, but if you would like to get a feel for the trip, last year's info is below.

EVERYTHING BELOW IS FROM LAST YEAR'S EVENT:


We are now just days away from our departure to the Brandon Jazz Festival and there are a few last minute things to put into place before the wheels on our bus go round and round.

1.    Permission forms and medical forms have been distributed to the students.  Please fill out CELL NUMBERS AND NIGHT-TIME CONTACT INFO PLEASE.

2.    PLEASE DO NOT STRIKE THE MEDICAL FORM OUT AND WRITE “ON FILE.”  THAT WILL NOT HELP US IN AN EMERGENT SITUATION AT 3:00AM.

3.    Please take a moment and let us know under “Other Health/ Medical/ Dietary concerns” if your son or daughter is: allergic to any foods, lactose intolerant, vegetarian…etc. This helps us make their tour that much more enjoyable.

4.    If you are coming out to pick- up your son or daughter at the festival, you cannot take them without Mr. Edwards or Ms. Russell verifying the departure with you in person at the festival site.
